John Troyer is Deputy Director of University of Bath’s Centre for Death and Society. His research in Death Studies is broad and encompasses Death and architecture, aesthetics and cultural studies of death and dying. John's first book, 'Technologies of the Human Corpse', will be published in 2012 by the University of North Carolina Press.

Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust is a working cemetery, heritage site and urban green space covering 45 acres in the centre of Bristol city. It is one of the earliest, best and the only known fully restored examples of a Victorian "Arcadian" garden cemetery and a national exemplar of how a decaying cemetery can be brought back to its former glory.

Calling The Shots is an award-winning production company based in Bristol. Established in 1998, CTS has an ethos of widening participation in creative media and delivers broadcast, web and multiplatform projects for TV, corporate clients and education clients. Recent partners include the Open University and Channel 4.
