Our partners at Bristol and Bath by Design have launched a new survey aimed at the region's design sector, and are looking for volunteers to take part.

Bristol and Bath by Design is the first project of its kind to map and measure the value and impact of the design community and create a picture of how design makes a difference across the Bristol/Bath region.

This is the first time the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and Design Council have initiated a project of this type with a specific design focus. The fact that our area was chosen is a testament to the level of brilliant design happening right here on our doorstep.

The survey aims to gain insight into the impact of design in the Bristol/Bath city-region across a range of sectors and scales: from engineering and product design to multidisciplinary studios, fashion, heritage, and applied design; from freelancers and microbusinesses to large multinationals.

Whether you design products, branding, experiences, furniture or production methods, your contribution to the survey is crucial. Even if you're not a designer per se, you may work with them – so BBxD would love to hear your story, too.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and you might even win one of ten £50 Foyles vouchers just for taking part!
